Beginner Exercise Course Welcome
Understanding how to perform beginner exercises is the foundation necessary to excel long term with exercise. You can choose to learn at your own pace or choose to follow a 30 day routine taking each of the exercises step by step. This section is a DIY and is separate from the LIVE workouts.
These videos can be saved on a computer, laptop, iphone, ipad, tablet, or smart phone. There are a couple gigs worth of video here so you will want to first make sure you have the space.
The best practice to saving files is to create a folder first to your desktop. Call the folder "BootCamp Exercises".
If you are on a computer Right Click on each video and a screen will pop up and ask you to "save as" and just provide the same name as each one on this page If you are downloading from an ipad, tablet or phone... place your cursor over each video and on the bottom right side of each video will be a download arrow. Click that download arrow

The Beginner Exercise program has been designed to first show you how to perform the basic 49 exercise movements. This is important to the foundation of your exercise experience. As we begin we will be working the basic movements and slowly progress to the more advanced ones. As you will see some of the exercises are color coded green where other exercises are color coded blue and red. The color coded determines the complexity of the movement. For instance;
This knowledge is the basis of your exercise foundation. This information is critical to your overall confidence and will not only strengthen your overall confidence but will also strengthen the ligaments, tendons and muscles of your skeletal body. This first step adapts your body and your mind before applying greater amounts of a workload to your workouts.
