Back: when learning how to exercise the back muscles there are three muscles to become familiar with. Starting from the top and working down the three muscles are:
Barbells (BB): are considered the most popular form of exercise equipment on the market.
Beginner: an individual who has never participated in an exercise program or has not participated with an exercise routine regularly for four months or more and finds the basic toning exercises a reasonable challenge.
Bicep: a two–headed muscle, hence the name for the bicep name, and is located at the front of the upper arms. The bicep muscles have a pulling motion, meaning any time you reach for something and “bring it back to you” you are working the bicep muscle. Blood Pressure: represented by two numbers; systolic and diastolic. Knowing your resting blood pressure is of primary importance, especially when engaging with physical activity.
BMI: the official acronym for Body Mass Index. The BMI is a measure of body weight in relation to height. BMI can be used to quickly determine if one is at a healthy weight, overweight, or obese. A body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 up to 25 refers to a healthy weight, a BMI of 25–30 refers to overweight and a BMI of 30 or higher refers to obese.

BMI is a person's weight in kilograms divided by their height in meters squared (kg/m^2) and is used by many researchers studying obesity. Body Mass Index is usually a reliable indicator of total body fat, which is related to risk of disease.
