When looking at where you are now let's look at what percentage of your thoughts and actions are bound by what another thinks of you and expects from you versus what you expect. What percentage of your thoughts and actions are based upon past life experiences or what you truly want and expect out of life and your future?
On a piece of paper lets write down in separate columns your actions and responses to both those things that motivate you and demotivate you. Then next to each one write down your emotions based on those responses.
Take a good hard look at your responses and the results you received thus far. Are your thoughts and actions working for you? Do they support your dreams? How can you turn them around?
CONCLUSION: As you finalize this assignment remember that the goal is not to place judgement on self nor others. Not to place judgement on life and experiences. Simply write.
