In the beginning of exercise anything and everything is about perfecting form with the basics of movement. This is always the main focus of any basic, beginner exercise program. Follow the process and you will create a life-time solid foundation. And in the end you will become your greatest personal trainer.
Everything in the first section; the beginners section is outlined in green. There are links provided within most of the entry's, so should you desire more information about a specific entry simply click on the specific link to be taken to the next topic of interest.
The beginner section is the largest of the three sections; beginner, intermediate, advanced. You may find in the beginning of your exercise venture many of the topics have no to little merit but as you pursue your goals and overcome your challenges you are going to be happy and feel privileged to have your new found information.
