What is the Academy?
All of us here at the Academy are on a mission. That mission is to show you how to lose weight and get healthy by learning how to work with who you are; your lifestyle, your likes/dislikes and your body at work regardless the pain you may be feeling, bloating you may be experiencing or how tired you are or how long its been since you noticed the scales drop.
We are going to share with you our secrets that no one else in the industry is discussing.
The good news is the process to learning how to work with you is simple and easy. Even more exciting is when the body responds favorably to your actions when you learn how to work with who you are. The process begins with replacing your old belief system from:
1) You have to count calories or track macros in order to lose weight and build muscle
2) Your success is only as good as your level of discipline
3) You're NOT capable of losing weight, getting healthier and owning your best body
4) You need to purchase supps, rely on pills, protein shake and other wayward tactics
5) You have to be motivated enough first
with a new belief system that has repeatedly been proven over and over again:
1) Counting calories or macros is unnecessary and in most cases prompts bad, unhealthy behavior and halts weight loss
